Employment and immigration Solicitors

Employment and Immigration
We advise a wide range of clients on employment law and immigration. This includes day-to-day matters, litigation and training.

Our employment and immigration teams both combine a high level of technical legal expertise with a real understanding of the personal and commercial issues at stake. This enables us to offer practical and pragmatic solutions.

Employment

In employment, we advise on day-to-day issues such as disciplinary, grievance and industrial relations. We also contribute to corporate transactions and to change management. When required, we work closely with the firm’s experts in other areas.

When disputes arise, we are experienced in advising on Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) proceedings. Our team also includes in-house Solicitor Advocates, who regularly appear in the Court of Session. It’s important to consider all the ways of resolving a dispute, however, and we are also skilled in all the commonly used alternative approaches.

We also provide bespoke training, and an HR consultancy service for clients whose needs go beyond legal advice.

Immigration

The team provides a high-quality, responsive and helpful service for organisations and individuals. Both sets of services cover a wide range, including general strategic advice, ensuring compliance with sponsor licence and right to work obligations, or support in dealing with a particular issue, dispute or visa application.

We are also highly experienced in helping clients secure British citizenship. We pride ourselves in our fast turnaround times to ensure that our clients can achieve their goals without delay.

We have expertise in all areas of employment and immigration law, including:
