6. Proposed Transport and Works Bill: The Committee will consider a draft letter in response to the Executive’s consultation.

7. Motions and decisions: The Committee will consider a draft letter to all MSPs seeking their views on various changes proposed.

At its next meeting on 2 May, it is expected that the Committee will consider a draft consultation paper in relation to its inquiry into the regulatory framework in Scotland. The Committee will also consider Scottish statutory instruments and other documents subject to Parliamentary procedure.
