Two professional footballers have lodged a tribunal claim against Scottish Premier League club Livingston. It is alleged that the two players did not receive a substantial bonus following the club's final match of last season, which resulted in Livingston retaining their top-flight status, on account of the pair having made a complaint against the club relating to alleged non-payment of statutory holiday pay and breach of contract.

Fraser Wishart, secretary of the Scottish Professional Footballers Association, which is funding this case noted that, "we are also in the process of pursuing this through the SPL and the Scottish Football Association. It is very unusual for us to have to take this kind of route because we tend to look for satisfaction from the footballing authorities."
