EU Referendum update: Brexit Analysis

The EU Referendum Act received Royal Assent on 17 December 2015. This legislation paves the way for an in/out referendum on the UK’s continued membership of the European Union to be held before the end of 2017. This will be the first time the UK has been asked whether it wishes to remain a part of the EU since 1975. In this bulletin we look at some of the implications of an exit from the EU for our clients.
