The DTI has published its list of forthcoming employment legislation, outlining the legislation which will enter into force on 6 April and 1 October in line with the DTI's stated policy of having two dates each year on which new legislation will be introduced to attempt to minimise disruption to employers and provide certainty to management and workers alike.

Among the main points to note are that the forthcoming TUPE regulations will come into force on 1 October 2005. Further details will appear in future ebulletins.
