One of the members of the British "stock check pads" cartel (which was found guilty of price fixing  and market sharing in the market for supply of restaurant order notepads by the OFT in March) has appealed its fine to the Competition Appeal Tribunal.  Achilles Paper Group was initially fined £255,697 which was reduced to £127,848 under the leniency regime.  The company is not objecting to the infringement decision itself, but is claming that claiming that the regulator made a mistake in relation to the size of the penalty.
