Our specialist immigration team has been advising a large number of businesses since the EU referendum.
How have we helped other businesses so far?
We have provided:
- expert assistance in drafting Brexit communications to staff;
- valuable one-to-one sessions with EU staff covering all aspects of UK immigration law including British citizenship, the EU Settlement Scheme and rights of non EU family members including parents;
- strategic advice on no-deal planning on people matters; and
- help in applying for a Sponsor licence in order to retain non-EU staff following a decline in EU migrant staff.
