As the property sector continues to navigate the wake of the COVID pandemic, the wider economy is heading into choppy waters. The challenging economic environment is already being reflected in the instructions that our property dispute team are receiving, as landlords and tenants grapple with the impact of a slowdown in activity.
Register now for our online event where our Property Dispute Resolution Group will discuss a range of issues commonly arising at the current time, including commercial trends, questions around the status of tenant occupation, and issues around service of break notices.
Our panel will be chaired by Colin Archibald, partner in our property and infrastructure disputes team, and will include team members Daniel Bain and Lawrence Morley, who specialise in Scottish and English property dispute work respectively. They will discuss some of the key legal issues routinely arising for landlords and tenants at the current time in the context of managing property portfolios in both England and Scotland.
