Elouisa Crichton is an associate and Rebecca Nicholson is a solicitor in the employment team at Shepherd and Wedderburn. They have specialist knowledge of the employment issues that those in the rural property and estates sector encounter, including advising on tied accommodation and agricultural wages.

Elouisa and Rebecca regularly work alongside colleagues in the rural property and business team to advise hotel groups, estate owners, property developers and managing agents on employment issues. They also assist clients with day-to-day employment queries and have experience in defending clients against discrimination, unfair dismissal, harassment and victimisation claims in the employment tribunal.
