Important Note: Our Edinburgh event is now fully subscribed, but you are warmly invited to sign up for the equivalent event in Glasgow on 5 February via the registration button above.

Planning issues are often a key element of a successful property deal, and frequently give rise to challenges that can be difficult to resolve.

Join us at our breakfast seminar, at which experts from our property, planning and commercial disputes teams will discuss the main planning issues that can arise in the context of a property development deal, and some of the factors that can influence how they play out.

The seminar will focus, in particular, on how to address such issues when negotiating the deal, how to alter planning permissions and planning obligations to fit commercial objectives, and strategies for resolving disputes that can arise.

If you would rather attend our Glasgow planning seminar on 5 February, you can find further information here.
