The dynamic nature of rural dispute resolution makes it a practice area that is constantly changing. Our rural litigation experts are hosting a webinar series discussing some of the potentially contentious issues that may arise in the rural sector and how to resolve them.

The third webinar in the series, Ransom strips in rural land development (part 1), will look at when ransom strips may arise in a rural setting, what may be done to avoid this using voluntary registration and where rectification may assist as a remedy in a ransom strip situation.  It will be of special interest to land owners, tenants and their advisers.

Other webinars in the series
