Glasgow Office

We are seeking a Solicitor with 0 - 2 years' PQE to join a general commercial property team in Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Glasgow office.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an appropriate range of legal knowledge within the property and infrastructure sector to join a thriving and growing practice within our Glasgow property division. The work involved is varied and covers most aspects of general commercial property work including sales and acquisitions, leasing – both landlord and tenant work, management work and development work. The team acts for a broad range of clients including institutional funds, foreign investment funds, property investment companies, infrastructure businesses, individuals and the public sector in a diverse mixture of sectors including investment, retail, offices, golf and harbours.

In addition to strong technical skills, the successful candidate should be able to work as part of a team, have strong problem-solving skills, and be willing to take an active role in the commercial development of the business.
