Previously, Walter was a corporate finance partner in London for 20 years. In that time, he worked with public and private companies as well as a number of investment banks on IPOs, secondary fundraisings and M&A, and worked with clients across a range of industry sectors.
Admitted in Scotland and England & Wales.
Walter advises clients including public and private companies, as well as a number of investment banks. On the equity capital markets side, he has worked on IPOs, secondary fundraisings and M&A transactions involving companies with operations in the UK, mainland Europe, Africa, North America and elsewhere. His ECM practice is balanced between LSE main market and AIM work. Walter works with clients across a range of industry sectors.
