Stephen advises a variety of UK and overseas clients on corporate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and reorganisations, with a focus on the clean energy and renewables, property, drinks and leisure industries. He has particular experience, as a former Board member and managing partner, in advising a range of private and public sector and charitable clients on governance and related matters.
