Phil advises UK and overseas clients on finance matters, both debt and equity finance, primarily in the real estate sector. Phil advises on real estate investment and development finance and on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring and insolvency. He is our lead client partner for a number of our leading lender clients.
