Shepherd and Wedderburn Restructuring and Insolvency practice significantly boosted by three lateral hires

Leading UK law firm, Shepherd and Wedderburn today announced the appointment of a three partner team to their leading Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Yvonne Brady, Fiona McKerrell and John Gallacher join Shepherd and Wedderburn in the New Year from HBJ Gateley.

Yvonne, who will become Head of the Shepherd and Wedderburn team, is described by peers in the leading independent legal directory, Chambers and Partners, as "the most experienced recovery lawyer in Scotland”. Together with Fiona who is well known in the insolvency arena; and John who has particular expertise in distressed property finance lending, this trio combine with the existing team to create an unrivalled offering in Scotland.
