International Arbitration expert to speak at CDR Symposium

Jane Wessel, International Disputes Partner at UK law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn, will join a panel of eminent speakers at the CDR Summer Arbitration Symposium 2016 which takes place later this week in London.

Jane will speak on the use of arbitration and ADR in resolving private actions for damages for breach of competition laws, including the benefits that arbitration can bring to resolving such claims and the challenges posed by issues of joint and several liability, multi-party proceedings, and contribution claims.
