We advise on a wide range of asset-based lending transactions across a variety of asset classes including timber, coal, whisky, plant and machinery. We advise lenders, ranging from UK commercial and other banks to specialist lenders, and borrowers on these arrangements. We have experience of preparing standard form documentation for invoice discounting, factoring and asset finance.

We also advise on a broad range of invoice and receivables finance transactions across a variety of asset classes, including trade and consumer debts, and regulated industry, public and transfer-restricted receivables.
